Topcon's most precise general purpose laser level.  The RL-H3A has a dual leveling system that delivers +/- 8 arc second accuracy at distances up to 2400 feet (diameter).  The RL-H3A is built to last in a rough environment and delivers proven accuracy over long range with a host of special features.

The RL-H3A is Topcon's top-of-the-line general purpose laser level from the new RL-H3 series.  It features dual mechanical/liquid self-leveling and a waterproof housing.  Just push the green ON button and the self-leveling motors take over.  An out-of-level alert stops the unit when disturbed. The unit will work 120 hours on four D cell batteries or 60 hours per charge on the NMH rechargeable batteries provided with the base package.

This package includes an new RL-H3A, which comes directly from the manufactures inventory.  Accessories include a new dual sided LS-70B  laser detector, new Holder 6 rod mount, battery charger, carrying case, tools, OSHA/BRH materials, and owner's manuals.   Included is a manufacturer's warranty of 2 years. Mounts on a standard flat or domed 5/8"x11 tripod.
